SEATTLE, WA — February 16, 2026 — Puget Audio, a Seattle-based boutique builder of analog FX pedals and Eurorack modules, has tapped Future Present Labs to handle manufacturing support for their debut product line.
Puget Audio designs handwired analog pedals and modular synth hardware: no DSP, no modeling, just discrete circuitry and premium components. Their first pedal designs cover the essentials: overdrive, fuzz, and analog delay. They also needed short-run Eurorack panels cut cleanly and locally as module designs move through prototype and first-article builds.
Why FPL
Puget Audio specifically wanted a partner who could manage the practical manufacturing stack: DFM feedback on enclosure and panel designs, CNC drilling and milling on standard 125B pedal enclosures, WAZER waterjet cutting for Eurorack panels, domestic PCB sourcing support, assembly, and final functional testing in Seattle.
FPL will handle DFM and CNC drilling/milling on the 125B enclosures, WAZER waterjet-cut Eurorack panels, source bare PCBs from a domestic fab shop, manage component procurement, and handle final assembly including soldering, wiring, and functional testing. Laser engraving for labels and identifiers happens in-house at FPL’s facility.
Timeline
DFM feedback is underway. First articles ship late March. Production ramp begins Q2 2026.
