From prototype to repeat run

If we made the prototype, we can preserve the useful setup knowledge for the next batch. If another shop made the first revision, send the CAD, drawings, photos, and any known fit issues so we can evaluate the repeat run cleanly.

What changes after the first article

Once the first article is approved, the work shifts toward consistency: stable material, repeatable fixturing, controlled revisions, labeled bags or kits, and agreed inspection points. We can also mark parts with serial numbers or revision IDs so field feedback maps back to the right batch.
