Guitar Pedal Enclosure Machining
Future Present Labs machines and marks guitar pedal enclosures for boutique builders, prototype runs, and early production batches. We support common pedal enclosure workflows such as 125B drilling and milling, jack and switch layouts, pot holes, LED holes, battery or board clearance, laser engraving, and assembly-aware fixture work.
Pedal enclosures are small, but the details matter. A switch hole that is slightly off, a jack layout that fights the PCB, or labels that do not survive handling can slow a launch. We help line up the mechanical work with the circuit, artwork, wiring, and assembly plan.

Prototype to short run
The first enclosure often proves more than the circuit fit. It tests knob spacing, footswitch feel, jack access, label readability, and whether assembly can happen without fighting the hardware. We can help move from a hand-drilled prototype to repeatable machined enclosures with a documented layout and inspection checks.
