Daisy Patch PCB Prototyping
Future Present Labs helps builders prototype Daisy Patch and Daisy-based Eurorack hardware. We support PCB revisions, control layouts, panel fit, carrier boards, test fixtures, and the practical bring-up work required to turn a digital audio idea into a module people can patch.
Daisy Patch projects sit at the intersection of firmware, audio electronics, controls, and mechanical packaging. The PCB has to expose the right knobs, jacks, switches, and debug access while fitting behind a panel and inside a case. Getting that right early saves painful board spins.
Daisy Patch prototype support
- PCB layout and revision support for Daisy-based modules
- Front-panel control mapping and jack placement
- Board-to-panel alignment review
- Audio I/O, CV, gate, encoder, LED, display, and power considerations
- Prototype bring-up and functional test planning
From dev board to module
The path from a working patch to a usable module usually needs more than a PCB. We can help with custom Eurorack panels, Daisy Seed carrier board design, laser engraved labels, and fixture work for repeatable assembly or testing.
What to send
Send firmware status, schematic or block diagram, desired controls, I/O count, panel width, power requirements, mechanical constraints, and any existing Daisy Patch prototype notes. If the product is headed toward a short run, include target quantity and assembly assumptions.
Need Daisy Patch PCB Prototyping?
Send the module concept, control list, I/O requirements, panel width, and current firmware status. We will help turn the prototype into hardware.
- Need a quick perspective on manufacturability, tolerances, or fixturing.
- Want to bundle firmware, testing, or integration work with machining.
- Require NDA coverage, secure data handling, or on-site collaboration.
