Custom Eurorack Panels by Waterjet
Future Present Labs uses a WAZER abrasive waterjet to cut custom Eurorack panels, panel blanks, and flat audio hardware parts. Waterjet cutting is useful when you need a real metal panel quickly without laser heat, large minimums, or a vendor that does not understand modular synth hardware.
Waterjet is a strong fit for early module revisions, odd-width panels, alternate artwork tests, utility panels, adapter plates, and first articles that still need hands-on evaluation. It also pairs well with CNC finishing and laser engraving when the panel needs cleaner control holes, countersinks, or durable labeling.

- Flat aluminum parts for cases, brackets, rails, and internal supports
- Panels that need quick revision after PCB or control-layout changes
Design notes
Waterjet edges can show taper and fine striation, especially as thickness increases. For many module panels that is acceptable, but control holes, mounting holes, and cosmetic edges may need secondary finishing depending on the tolerance and finish target. Tell us which features are critical and which only need to locate hardware for a prototype.
