Custom Eurorack Cases
Future Present Labs supports custom Eurorack case fabrication for prototype systems, boutique instruments, and small-run modular synth hardware. We can help with panels, side plates, brackets, internal supports, rail interfaces, connector access, labeling, and the mechanical details around power and module fit.
Eurorack cases are structural, electrical, and ergonomic products at the same time. Rails need to align, modules need clearance, power access needs to be sensible, and the case has to survive real patching without flexing or fighting the user. We help turn case concepts into buildable parts.
Eurorack case work
- Prototype Eurorack skiffs, small cases, and custom formats
- Side plates, bottom plates, rear panels, brackets, and internal supports
- Waterjet-cut and CNC-machined aluminum case components
- Rail, power, module-depth, and cable-clearance planning
- Laser engraved branding, port labels, serial numbers, and revision marks
Good inputs for a case project
The fastest path starts with the desired HP, row count, approximate depth, rail choice, power approach, material preference, and target quantity. If the case is being designed around a specific module set or a new product line, send that context too. We can help identify which features need CNC precision and which can be waterjet-cut or printed for the first revision.
Related audio hardware work
Eurorack cases often go with Eurorack panel fabrication, custom waterjet panels, Daisy Patch PCB prototyping, and laser engraving.
Need a Custom Eurorack Case?
Send HP, row count, depth, rail and power assumptions, material preference, quantity, and any sketches or CAD. We will help scope the first build.
- Need a quick perspective on manufacturability, tolerances, or fixturing.
- Want to bundle firmware, testing, or integration work with machining.
- Require NDA coverage, secure data handling, or on-site collaboration.
