Future Present Labs helps synth builders, pedal makers, boutique audio companies, and hardware hackers turn prototypes into physical products. We understand the practical stack behind audio hardware: panel dimensions, jack and pot spacing, enclosure drilling, PCB-to-panel fit, carrier boards, labeling, short-run assembly, and the difference between a one-off prototype and something a customer can use.

This is not a generic machine shop category for us. We already support analog pedal and Eurorack manufacturing work, including CNC-machined pedal enclosures, WAZER waterjet-cut module panels, domestic PCB sourcing support, laser engraving, assembly, and functional testing for Seattle audio hardware teams.

Fabrication for synth and pedal builders

Audio hardware projects usually cross mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic boundaries. A Eurorack panel has to fit rails, line up with PCB hardware, hold graphics clearly, and survive repeated patching. A pedal enclosure has to be drilled or milled cleanly, marked permanently, and assembled around switches, jacks, pots, and board constraints. Daisy-based prototypes need carrier boards and panel layouts that make firmware experimentation feel like hardware development, not a wiring chore.

Use these pages to find the closest starting point, then send CAD, panel files, PCB files, drawings, photos, or a rough description. We can help choose whether the next step is waterjet cutting, CNC machining, laser engraving, PCB design, or a combined build.
